I baked them just as the recipe said. My four year old daughter tried it and ...now loves Tomato Muffins ! in the past She don't like vegetables, but now Tomato Muffins ? Thank you very much, very nice idea, will make again! -
I love this recipe, so delicious!..They freeze up very nice, I popped one in the microwave for breakfast and it was like they were just freshly made. This one is a winner for sure.

I made cupcakes so the bacon covered the top more. Very fun and easy to make. My kids liked them so I liked them. They are picky eaters. I especially liked the tomatoes. Will make again, of course.

These were delicious and liked by all. Mine didn't come out as pretty as the picture due to the fact that I didn't make the lattices. Instead I crumbled the bacon and mixed into the cream cheese mixture and sprinkled some on top at the end. I found the cooking time to be too long. The biscuits were very brown and a bit dry. I will reduce baking time by 5 minutes next time and see how that goes.

Oh my goodness, this is rich and tasty. I made these to go along with some soup for dinner and we loved them. I really liked the filling....yummy. Thank you for sharing with us, its a perfect addition for those cold soup nights.
