  1. This was delicious, the mayo gave the salmon a lovely taste, and the topping had a great 'crunch' to it. =)

  2. I baked at 425 F for a bit less and didn't need to broil at the end - also threw in a sheet pan of green beans with olive oil and garlic and they cooked at the same amount of time - perfect!!

  3. This recipe is absolutley delicious! The original recipe was great, the crunchy topping was so good.

  4. Wow, this was really good...both Hub & I loved it! I was a bit worried when I read some of the reviews AFTER it was already in the oven but totally happy with outcome. I didn't think mayo was overpowering at all! I had a really nice piece of salmon too and the flavor was only enhanced not lost. I'll def be making again!

  5. Found this recipe on Pinterest and decided to try it out. It was delicious and a nice alternative to grilling salmon. I would definitely make this again; using cajun seasoning instead of lemon-pepper.
